These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use
the AiirTkt website, call our toll-free line, chat with an
agent, or otherwise request flight search, comparison, or
booking assistance. AiirTkt is a travel facilitation
service; airline tickets are issued subject to each
carrier’s contract of carriage and fare rules. By using our
services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or
have a parent or guardian acting on your behalf for minors)
and that the information you provide is accurate.
Use of our services
We provide access to flight options, fare quotes, and
assistance with completing reservations through authorized
channels. We do not control airline scheduling, overbooking
policies, or baggage rules. A quote is an invitation to book
and not a guarantee of availability until payment is
accepted and a ticket number is issued (or a reservation
confirmed per airline rules).
Bookings, names & travel documents
Passenger names must match government-issued identification
exactly. Date changes, spelling corrections, or cabin
upgrades may incur airline penalties and service fees. You
are responsible for visas, passport validity, health entry
requirements, and onward tickets where applicable. AiirTkt
is not liable for denied boarding due to documentation
errors or failure to meet carrier or government
requirements.
Fares, payment & charges

Pricing. Fares include
base fare and applicable taxes, fees, and carrier
surcharges as quoted at booking. Certain promotional,
consolidator, or “unpublished” fares may be
non-refundable, non-transferable, or have limited
validity.

Payment. You authorize
charges to the card or method you provide. Card
verification, 3D Secure, and anti-fraud checks may delay
ticketing. If payment fails, the reservation may cancel
without notice.

Service fees. Where
disclosed at booking, AiirTkt or partner service fees may
apply in addition to airline fees. Currency conversion
follows your bank or card issuer rates where relevant.
Marketing & communications
By requesting a quote or providing contact details, you may
receive service-related messages (booking updates, schedule
changes) and, where permitted, marketing offers. You can opt
out of promotional messages using the instructions we
provide; operational messages may continue as needed to
complete your trip.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiirTkt is not
liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from airline actions, weather, strikes, pandemics,
security delays, or failure of third-party systems. Our
aggregate liability relating to a booking is limited to the
service fees paid to AiirTkt for that transaction where
applicable, except where prohibited by law.
Conduct & acceptable use
We may suspend or refuse service where we detect fraud,
speculative or abusive booking patterns, harassment of
staff, or attempts to circumvent fare rules. We may update
these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AiirTkt (“we,” “us”)
collects, uses, and shares personal information when you
visit our site, call or message our team, or complete a
flight-related request. It is meant to help you understand
your choices; specific rights may depend on your
jurisdiction and the role we play (e.g., facilitator versus
airline as data controller for the booking).
Information we collect

Contact & identity.
Name, phone number, email, postal address, time zone, and
preferred language.

Trip details. Origin,
destination, dates, cabin preference, frequent flyer
numbers (if you provide them), and companions’ names when
you book for a group.

Payment & fraud prevention.
Billing address and payment method metadata; we rely on
PCI-DSS compliant processors for card numbers—we do not
store full primary account numbers on our servers.

Communications. Call
and chat recordings, SMS or WhatsApp threads (with notice
where required), and email correspondence to resolve your
inquiry.

Device & usage. IP
address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and
coarse location derived from IP for security and
analytics.
How we use information
We use personal data to provide quotes, complete
reservations, send confirmations, respond to disruptions
(e.g., schedule changes), improve our service through
aggregate analytics, detect and prevent fraud, comply with
legal obligations, and send promotional offers where you
have opted in or where applicable law allows.
Sharing & international transfers
We share information with airlines, global distribution
systems, payment processors, customer-support tools, and IT
hosting providers that process data in the United States and
other countries where our partners operate. We use
contractual clauses and vendor reviews designed to protect
personal data appropriate to the sensitivity of the service.
Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies for session management, security, remembering
preferences, and measuring campaign performance. You can
control cookies through your browser; blocking essential
cookies may limit site features.
Retention, security & your choices
We retain records as long as needed for legal, tax, and
dispute resolution purposes—generally for the life of the
booking plus a defined period unless a longer period
applies. We apply technical and organizational safeguards
appropriate to our role. You may request access, correction,
or deletion where applicable law permits; airline-held data

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation options depend entirely on the fare rules
attached to your ticket, the operating carrier’s tariff, and
whether travel has already commenced. AiirTkt’s role is to
interpret and execute cancellations according to those rules
and the airline’s systems at the time of your request. The
summary below is general guidance and does not replace your
fare rule text or e-ticket record.
Before you cancel

Have your 6-character airline record locator (PNR) or
13-digit e-ticket number, passenger names as ticketed, and
original form of payment ready when you call.

Check whether your fare is refundable, changeable with
penalty, or non-changeable. Basic Economy and certain sale
fares often have severe restrictions or no value after
purchase.

Partially used tickets follow different rules; round trips
may reprice or forfeit return segments if outbound was
flown on a restrictive fare.
Voluntary cancellations by you
If you choose not to travel, we submit the cancellation to
the airline where the fare permits. Cancellation may result
in a refund to the original form of payment, airline travel
credit with an expiry date, a future flight voucher, or no
monetary value—depending on fare class and timing. Same-day
cancellation windows (e.g., 24-hour policies for U.S.-origin
bookings where applicable) are governed by the airline and
may not apply to all routes or fare types.
Fees & timelines

Airline penalty. A
fixed or percentage penalty may apply per passenger per
direction as published by the carrier.

Service fee. If a
service fee was charged by AiirTkt for booking assistance,
it may be non-refundable when applicable law and your
booking terms allow.

No-show. Failing to
check in or cancel before the flight deadline typically
forfeits the ticket value unless the fare allows
otherwise.
Involuntary cancellations & schedule changes
If the airline cancels your flight or makes a substantial
schedule change, you may be offered rebooking, refund, or
credit under EU261, U.S. DOT guidance, or other local rules
where they apply. Entitlements vary by region, ticketing
location, and carrier policy—we will outline options when we
are notified by the airline.
This policy is informational; the airline’s fare rules and
conditions of carriage control. For assistance call the

Refund Policy
When a fare rule or airline policy entitles you to a refund,
AiirTkt will help submit the request to the airline and
track its status. The airline—not AiirTkt—authorizes whether
a refund is issued, in what amount, and to which payment
method or voucher. Refunds can take longer during peak
disruption periods, mergers, or system migrations at the
carrier.
Types of refunds

Full refund to original payment.
Applies when a refundable fare is cancelled within allowed
conditions or when the airline voids a duplicate charge.

Partial refund. After
airline penalties, fare differences, or non-refundable
taxes, the net amount posts according to the airline’s
calculation.

Travel bank / voucher.
Some carriers issue future flight credit instead of cash;
expiry dates and transfer rules are set by the airline.
Processing timeline
Most airlines quote 7–20 business days to approve a refund
internally; your bank or card issuer may require an
additional 1–2 billing cycles to post credit to your
statement. Miles or points redemptions may follow different
timelines and be handled by the loyalty program.
Chargebacks & disputes
Initiating a payment dispute with your card issuer while a
refund is pending can delay or reverse airline processing.
Please contact AiirTkt first with your booking reference so
we can coordinate with the carrier and avoid duplicate
recoveries.
Force majeure & third parties
Weather, government travel bans, security events, or airline
insolvency may limit refund options to statutory rights or
insurance coverage. Travel insurance claims are filed
between you and the insurer; AiirTkt can provide booking
documentation upon request where available.
